This article from Sunday’s Independent really highlights the desperate shortage of  Foster Carers throughout the country and the devastating effect this is having on the hundreds of sibling groups who come into care. It is becoming increasingly difficult for Fostering Agencies to place siblings together and this just adds additional stress and anxiety to vulnerable children who have already, in many cases, experienced significant trauma during their lives.
